10. Refund Policy & Conditions

Non-Refundable Membership Fee

All membership purchases with Grand Melia Vacation are final. The membership fee, once paid (whether in part or full), is non-refundable under any circumstances after activation or issuance of the membership welcome kit, login credentials, or any usage of benefits.

Cooling-Off Period (If Applicable)

If a written cancellation request is received within 3 days from the date of purchase and no membership benefits have been utilised (including but not limited to bookings, vouchers, or promotional offers), a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Grand Melia Vacation. In such cases, a 15% administrative fee will be deducted from the total paid amount, and the balance will be processed within 90 working days.

Promotional & Complimentary Offers

Any bookings, vouchers, or gifts availed under a membership are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. If these have been used or redeemed prior to a refund request, the equivalent value will be deducted from any refundable amount (if applicable).

Events Beyond Control

Grand Melia Vacation shall not be held liable to process refunds due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if any) will only be processed to the original mode of payment within 90 working days from the date of written confirmation of approval.
